Paid Services Terms

These terms add to the Terms of Service. Stephens Quantum LLC ("we") operates Florida Home Network. All prices are in US dollars, exclude any applicable tax, and are shown before you pay. Everything here is self-serve and handled online and by email.

What no paid service does: none of these services changes any rank, score, Top 10 eligibility, or match order. Every paid placement is labeled.

1. Paid email requests (businesses)

• Opt in. You choose to receive verified email requests from homeowners who pick you from their match results. You can pause any time and set a monthly cap.
• Credits. You buy prepaid credits (currently $120 for 10 or $250 for 25). The first time you turn requests on, we add 3 free welcome credits. One credit is used for each request delivered to you, and each request goes to no more than 3 companies chosen by the homeowner. No subscription, no automatic charges. Credits do not expire while your profile is listed and are not redeemable for cash except as required by law.
• What counts as a verified request. The requester confirmed their email address with a one-time code, picked you, and passed our spam and duplicate checks. If the same person already contacted you about the same trade in the last 14 days, the request is free.
• Refunds for bad requests. Within 7 days of delivery you can report a request as: a bad email address, outside your service ZIP codes, not your trade, a duplicate, or spam. Most refunds are approved automatically and the credit is returned at once; others are reviewed within one business day.
• Your obligations. Reply only about the request, by email, and follow Florida law including s. 489.119 (license number in contractor advertising). Never add a requester to a marketing list.

2. Landlord Pro (property owners and managers)

• What you get. Properties, a private roster of preferred contractors, requests to up to 5 contractors at once by email, and request history.
• Price and renewal. Currently $29 per month. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time online in the billing portal, with no call needed; cancelling stops future charges and you keep access to the end of the paid month (Florida Statutes s. 501.165).
• Contractors. We do not employ or guarantee contractors. You hire and pay them directly.

3. Sponsors (businesses)

• What it is. Your business appears in a box labeled "Sponsor" on the page you buy: your city and trade page (currently $49 per month, 2 spots), your city page ($99 per month, 3 spots) or your statewide trade page ($149 per month, 3 spots).
• Separate from rankings. The Sponsor box is shown apart from the numbered ranking and never changes it.
• Eligibility. A claimed profile for that city or trade, and, in state-licensed trades, a verified active license. If a page sells out between your checkout and payment, we refund you in full.
• Renewal. Monthly automatic renewal until you cancel online. Cancelling removes the placement at the end of the paid month.
