Our trust charter

Nine promises that decide how this site works.

  1. Payment never affects a score, an organic rank, Top 10 eligibility or match results.
  2. Every sponsored placement is labeled Sponsored and kept out of rankings and matches.
  3. We show license facts with the date we checked them, and never show a negative license result.
  4. Reviews come from verified customers only. We do not hide negative reviews.
  5. Missing data counts as neutral, not as a penalty.
  6. Any verified owner can ask to be unlisted.
  7. We publish our methodology and log every change.
  8. We correct factual errors quickly and say what changed.
  9. We never sell your request. Companies that opt in pay a flat fee per verified email request; it never changes rank or match order.

Image credits and attribution

We show as many real images of a business as we are allowed to, and we credit every one. We are transparent, not territorial.

  1. Owner photos. Uploaded by a verified owner who confirms they own the rights or have permission. Always shown first.
  2. Google photos. Shown live from Google Maps Platform with each contributor's name linked, and labeled "Photos from Google". We do not download or store Google photos.
  3. Company website image. The logo or share image the company publishes on its own site, with a visible "Image from {domain}" credit linked to the page. We honor robots.txt and keep only a small copy plus the source link.
  4. Illustration. If none of the above exist, a Florida Home Network illustration.

We never copy images from Facebook, Instagram or other social networks. We link to those profiles instead.

Takedown: any owner or rights holder can ask us to remove an image using the image removal form. We remove it from display while we review.
